JW Marriott

The JW Marriott Washington DC is a luxury hotel located on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC. Situated near some of the most recognizable landmarks in Washington DC and provides easy access to renowned DC monuments and other cultural venues around the city. Cut-Off Date:   The deadline for making your hotel reservation and for receiving the group     discount is June 10, 2011

 

Hotel Reservations:  Make your reservation by calling (800) 393-2503 or via the JW Marriott website at JW Marriott Reservations and be sure to use the group code ZOLN to obtain the group rate. Be sure to obtain a written confirmation of your hotel reservation.  

 

Deposits: A credit card deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required to guarantee each    room you reserve and your credit card will be charged immediately.  No     individual will be allowed to reserve more than five (5) rooms. The deposit    is refundable if you notify the hotel no later than July 10, 2011 that you are canceling your reservation.  Be sure to obtain a cancellation number for future reference.

 

Check-In/Out:  Hotel Check-in is 4:00 pm and checkout time 12:00 noon. Please schedule your travel plans accordingly.

 

Reservation Policies:

1. No individual is allowed to reserve more than 5 rooms.

2. For each room reserved, a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee the reservation.

3. You must use a major credit card to reserve your room. Your deposit will be charged to your credit card within 48 hours of your request for a reservation

4. Your deposit is non-refundable if you do not cancel your reservation before the cut off date.

5. You are subject to a charge of 50% of the guest room rate as an early departure fee if you check-out earlier than expected.

6. You will billed for one night’s room and tax if you fail to show on your scheduled arrival date and do not call to cancel your reservation prior to the cut off date.

7. By making a reservation under the housing block you agree to all policies established by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.
