Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated recognizes certain merchandising concerns as "Authorized Licensed Vendors" of products or merchandise bearing the Sorority's trademarks, logos and other insignia. These vendors work in cooperation with the Sorority's professional staff to develop and market products and services. In this way, the Sorority hopes to bring the best merchandise and services available to the attention of the Sorority. These vendors pay a royalty to the Sorority based on the sales of their products or services. These funds are used to implement programming which benefits the entire membership.

Any company or entity desirous of selling or distributing various Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated clothing and/or other merchandise generally used by Greek letter organizations and their members, is hereby advised obtaining a Vendor License Agreement through the International Headquarters is required.
